Katie’s Pilates has bought Barre Core workouts to Balham – at The Exhibit. – unique, fun workouts that fuses fitness techniques from Body conditioning & Pilates to help tone, chisel and define the whole body.
Pilates meets Ballet (please note, no Ballet/dance experience required). These classes integrate the fat-burning format of interval training with muscle-shaping isometrics to quickly and safely reshape muscles. The non-impact, one-hour workout uses both the Ballet barre and the mat, and targets all major muscle groups (in particular the legs and butt).
This workout strengthens the muscles, they are then stretched to help create a longer, leaner physique. This is a fun, upbeat, cardio workout with Bridget Coulthurst.
